We had no idea that it would bring in the revenue it has, grow as quickly at it has, and be as exciting as it is. What I didn't realize, and should have, was that because of the title of the book, those independents most interested in submitting to Kindle were passing the book over, even though it had everything they needed to know to format their work and submit it successfully to Kindle.
