Synopsis "Knight of the Temple"

In this medieval "Bourne Identity" story based on actual events, a knight must uncover the great secret behind the Templar religious order before he’s condemned to hell. The Poor Knights of the Temple of King Solomon (AKA Knights Templar), founded at the end of the first Crusade, dared both nobles and mercenaries to become warrior monks, the Jedi of their time. By 1307 they had become the protectors of Europe, the first multinational banking organization, and the largest standing army in the world. But on October 13, 1307 - Friday the 13th – the reason the day is unlucky, France arrested the Knights Templar for heresy. The following seven years reveal one of its most significant, untold events, one of mankind’s largest man hunts, and one of history’s biggest legal travesties, the implications of which resound through the centuries, even to this day. At it's core, one knight, Elias de Catalan, evades the arrest and ventures out to prove the Templars innocent before he's condemned. He'll have to disguise himself, make new alliances, sail into enemy lands, and fight his own brothers in arms to bring the truth behind Baphomet to light.
