You will use this knowledge to practise remote viewing and other techniques that enable your mind to get free from your body. The mind series provide examples of how the mind links to the rest of the bio electro magnetic fields to provide the balance that makes you feel great. The last series is about the Self. This combines all the other dynamics of the body to bring together the one Selfness. This book is where everything converges into one simple system to use every day. The series represent a complete system that enables you to have an eye view of all the combined forces that makes our life what it is. It also provides a solid backbone that explains why and how these dynamics exist and are part of a complete mechanism that makes us be.
