Synopsis "Larvicide contre Aedes aegypti (in French)"

Cette étude visait à déterminer les constituants chimiques, la toxicité, le potentiel antioxydant et l'activité larvicide de l'huile essentielle d'Aniba rosaeodora Ducke contre les larves d'Aedes aegypti. Le principal constituant chimique trouvé dans l'huile essentielle d'A. rosaeodora était β-linalool 63,16%, étant considéré comme très prometteur pour la synthèse pharmaceutique. Lors du test de toxicité, la CL50 s'est située entre 582 mg L-1 et 282 mg L-1 et a été classée comme non toxique. L'OT a montré une activité larvicide avec une CL50 de 41,07 mgL-1 et une activité antioxydante relative. Sur la base des résultats obtenus, il a été possible d'évaluer que l'OE analysé est composé de substances qui ont un bon effet larvicide sur Aedes aegypti, favorisant ainsi son potentiel d'application.
