Synopsis "Larvizid gegen Aedes aegypti (in German)"

Ziel dieser Studie war es, die chemischen Bestandteile, die Toxizität, das antioxidative Potenzial und die larvizide Aktivität des ätherischen Öls von Aniba rosaeodora Ducke gegen Aedes aegypti-Larven zu bestimmen. Der wichtigste chemische Bestandteil, der im ätherischen Öl von A. rosaeodora gefunden wurde, war β-Linalool (63,16 %), das als sehr vielversprechend für die pharmazeutische Synthese gilt. In der Toxizitätsprüfung lag die LC50 im Bereich von 582 mg L-1 bis 282 mgL-1 und wurde als nicht toxisch eingestuft. EO zeigte larvizide Aktivität mit einer LC50 von 41,07 mgL-1 und relative antioxidative Aktivität. Anhand der gefundenen Ergebnisse konnte bewertet werden, dass das analysierte EO aus Substanzen besteht, die eine gute larvizide Wirkung in Bezug auf Aedes aegypti haben, was sein Anwendungspotenzial begünstigt.
