Synopsis "Let us Adore Him: An Advent Devotional"
Waiting for good things is hard, but it's also exciting. Advent is the season when we anticipate the coming of Jesus and the promise he brings to the world. In Let Us Adore Him, explore with Samantha Chambo the four traditional themes of Advent (hope, peace, joy, and love) as they are lived out in the New Testament by Jesus and his followers. Learn anew how we are called to be the inclusive, loving body of Christ, a people who live in joy and bring peace to a world that is eager for good news. Samantha Chambo is a dedicated Bible teacher, preacher, and writer. She holds a master's in theology from the University of Manchester and is currently working on a PhD in biblical studies. Her ministerial experience includes pastoring, theological education, missions mobilization and support, children's ministry, preaching, compassionate ministry, and writing. She has served in Mozambique, South Africa, and the United States. She and her husband, Filimão, have two children, Tsakani and Emanuel.
