Life is in the Details Vol II, Phil has all new Botanical themed Color Pencil art with insight and tips as to how each drawing was done. This is not a step-by-step instructional guide, but a reference book as to how I created many of the effects, materials and media used. There are renderings using Pan and stick pastels. Other renderings with Ink and gouache. Many other tips included. Excellent guide for the artist that has done some work with Color Pencil and just needs some other ways to approach a rendering. Phil has several years experience teaching color pencil and has done workshops and many demonstrations for various group. His art has been featured in Color Pencil Magazine Oct 2016 and August 2019, Voyage Chicago Fall 2017 and in newspapers. He also has done numerous outdoor shows over the last few years and currently has his art on display at local galleries.
