He cites many prophecies that have been fulfilled in our generation and many other prophecies which he believes will be fulfilled soon; not only those of Jesus, but of the other prophets as well. Jesus' disciples asked him, "Tell us, when shall these things be, and what shall be the sign of your coming, and of the end of the world?" Jesus answered by giving them at least twenty three signs or prophecies that Christians would see fulfilled before the end. Dr. Chapman tells us, "Our generation has seen at least nineteen, possibly twenty, of Jesus' prophecies fulfilled; more than any other generation has seen. Jesus has assured us that the generation that sees all of them will not pass till all his prophecies are fulfilled. In short, the present generation could be the generation that sees the end of the world as we have known it."
