In Love Sings Poetry I tried to connect with people in a special way, at a very basic level. When I am able to share some of my problems and my successes in this way, it makes me more complete. Some examples of this from Poetry sharing groups: My poem, Heavy Heart from the Start read in Poetry Universe: Yesenia Boyd, "Really Nice." Shannon Williams in Starving Poets Tour, "This is really good." A poetry lover in Poetry Universe, wrote about, Heavy Heart from the Start, she said, "I'm bipolar. You wrote my depression. If you've ever dealt with anyone with mental illness you will understand that for me to read what relates to me as this does is comforting to know I'm not alone. Nicely done, respect." Readers of my poem, Day's End Tony Serveno Labayen, "Beautiful, Simply beautiful words." Ann Bell, "Beautiful and tender words."
