Synopsis "Mary's Quiet Love"

Mary is a hardworking self-sufficient woman trying to make ends meet in the late 1800's while raising her young brother. She is the best cook in town and is well known for her baked goods. One day as a stranger came into town, he stops an attack on Mary by two low life men in an alley by the local saloon. Slipping away, Mary manages to get herself to safety only to be attacked again later by the same two men at her own home! Garth is a rancher trying to get his herd to market when his cook gets down in his back and can barely move. Hauling his cook into town to the nearest doctor, the last thing he expects to see is two men attacking someone in an alley. Garth thinks they are attacking a young boy and decides to help the young man out. Someone has hired the men to hurt Mary! Mary agrees to help Garth out and become his camp cook, it falls to Garth to keep her and her little brother safe. Garth quickly realizes what a treasure Mary really is and is determined to make her his own.
