Synopsis "Material in Nano form for Humidity and Moisture Sensor"
This research monogram presents development of humidity and moisture sensor using nano materials. Experiments are carried out in C-MET, Pune, Government of India. ZnO-graphene composite(60:40) sensor showed resistance in the range of M ohm to K ohm, which is suitable for the signal conditioning system compared to other material which may give high impedance. ZnO-graphene composite(60:40) sensor with lower resistance is most suitable in the range of 10 to 40 % relative humidity which is convenient for Human comfort applications. ZnO-graphene composite (60:40)sensor material is voltage sensitive, the suitable operation excitation voltage with respect to range of RH and operating temperature is required. The sensor can withstand higher voltage compare to commercially available resistive sensors. ZnO-graphene composite material is synthesized to develop humidity and moisture sensor for ambient temperature application. Develop sensors are used in monitoring humidity and moisture in green house.
