Synopsis "Maverick MD"
Loosely based on actual events, the fighting spirit of Americans gets compromised when inept and corrupt politicians in Washington, D.C., enable the federal bureaucracy to: capture hundreds of wild mustangs; kill tens of thousands of Americans in Nevada, Utah and Arizona, who perish from exposure to radiation fallout caused by above-ground nuclear bomb tests; seize control of free-speech radio broadcasts; and force doctors nationwide to use deadly poisonous chemo drugs and radiation therapy to treat cancer, rather than effective, safe, inexpensive, and natural remedies. In "Maverick M.D.," this good-verses-evil saga reaches a fever pitch, when murder and intrigue enter the mix, amid continual suspense and conflict. Will the government crush the massive protests at the heart of the American West, or can common people everywhere persevere as growing numbers of people rally behind the efforts of perhaps one of the world's most intelligent and creative physicians?
