Synopsis "Misthological Models Part 2: New Jerusalem, Multiverse, and Eternal Rewards"
Misthological Models Part 2 continues the investigation of the models of the outer darkness posed by Dillow, Cauley, and Crawford. The latter two writers affirm that procreation continues in the eternal state by those believers who live until the end of the millennium and enter the eternal kingdom in physical bodies. Dillow's affirmation of eternal rewards and his acknowledgement that mankind will rule the galaxies is sound and shown to refute his objection to eternal procreation. The infinite growth of the human population in eternity future must expand beyond the confines of our finite universe. Multiverse cosmology is thus supposed. Acceptance of the multiverse model and eternal populational growth has practical ramifications on misthology (i.e., the doctrine of rewards). For example, how will the humans in this universe be able to populate galaxies in other universes? Suggestions are offered for how this interdimensional travel might be accomplished. Affirmations of the literal nature of such matters and how they relate to New Jerusalem leads to a discussion of UFOs and how they might be used at the time of the rapture. Additionally, the multiverse theory and interdimensional travel is used to offer an explanation as to how unregenerate tares can be removed out of the kingdom. Competing theories as to how the tares can be removed out of the kingdom are entertained as complementary vantage points. Dual vantage points are posed for several soteric-mistholic texts. Soteric-mistholic litotes are shown to have a limited reversal that is limited to the misthological arena. The reversal cannot be applied to the soteriological foundation. Neither the doctrine of eternal security nor the doctrine of eternal rewards is impacted by acknowledging that there is a sense in which unfaithful believers can be hurt misthologically by the second death. Being least versus greatest in the kingdom is explained with both binary and fuzzy logic.
