The new ethical concept of CIRCABILITY can be the answer: We have to learn: Killing is out! The author, Dr. Roderich W. Graeff, born in Heidelberg, Germany, experienced as a teenager 146 bombing raids on his hometown Hamburg. As a 15 year old school boy drafted to the anti aircraft he would shoot at night at the British and during the day at the American bombers. Surviving the war he studied mechanical engineering and developed in his company SOMOS energy efficient dryers and solar energy solutions covered by over 200 patents. During the last 12 years measuring the temperature gradient in vertical columns of gases, liquids and solids. he could show: Heat can travel from cold to warm! The influence of gravity allows the production of work out of a heat bath. In 1988 Dr. Graeff started the Foundation for Violence Free Living creating the Blue Rose as a sign for Non-Violence. Armed Forces, he feels, cannot protect the people of any country any more; the idea to be the strongest country of the world leads inevitably to the use of atomic weapons. He would like to work for changing the German Armed Forces into a Peace Corps which offers free help to any country which needs and wants it.
