Synopsis "Nasssynthese von dünnen Zinkoxidschichten und whorlförmigen Nanostrukturen (in German)"

Eine einfache Methode zur Synthese ringförmiger Zinkoxid (ZnO)-Nanostrukturen unter hydrothermalen Bedingungen mit ZnSO4, flüssigem Ammoniak und doppelt destilliertem Wasser. Bei dieser Technik wird die Tropfenbeschichtung mit der Spin-Coating-Verfahren (SILAR) kombiniert, um dünne ZnO-Schichten zu erzeugen. Die Proben wurden mit XRD, SEM, FTIR und UV-Vis-Spektroskopie charakterisiert. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die durchschnittliche Kristallgrö e der ZnO-Nanostruktur etwa 500 nm beträgt und unter hydrothermalen Bedingungen leicht synthetisiert werden kann. Die UV-Vis-Absorptionsspektren deuten darauf hin, dass die Energie der ZnO-Nanopartikel etwa 3,4 eV mit einer Absorptionswellenlänge
