Emotional intelligence means to combine our thoughts and feelings to take the most effective action. Individual EQ measured using tools such as the scientifically validated Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment. Researchers found a positive correlation between psychopathy and emotional intelligence (EI), especially a positive correlation between psychopathy and the perception scale of EI. Also psychopaths showed a greater emotional regulation and perception than control participants. .
