This respect and appreciation was tough to see initially as he lives with one arm and the effects of a severe brain injury. He hopes that you can gain this respect and more for yourself amidst your mountains in life. For the author's situation, it's simple; just ask what is the case? He lives life with one arm. Yes, it's different from what most other people deal with but it does not change the person that he is and what he stands for. Taking this stance on everything in life will be freeing as it relates to the judgment we each have of ourselves.
