Synopsis "Nine Minutes to Kill"
Nine Minutes to Kill is a study in self-absorption, open-mindedness, and forgiveness. Upon arriving in Tampa, Florida, FBI Special Agent Gable Katz discovers the serial killer he has tracked across the country has struck again.
