Synopsis "Open Mic Travels"
A musical adventure and a journey through a landscape of open mics, back street venues and interesting characters. This is a travel log of one man's adventure in the underbelly of Britain's creative soup of singer song writers, musicians, poets, comedians, duets and bands. Visiting places such as Coventry, Bridgend, Glasgow, Wakefield, Leeds, Edinburgh, Bristol, Halifax, London, Manchester, Llandudno, Sheffield, Brighton, Huddersfield and Birmingham NEC (Britain's Got Talent), the writer not only listens to, and reflects on what is going on, but also takes part, experiencing the highs and lows of music making in a society where change is omnipresent.
