Synopsis "Participation of social actors in territorial planning"
The objective of this work was to understand how the human being relates to and is the product of interpretation processes in all dynamics of social interaction. Likewise, how territorial planning is considered a process related to social groups, due to the various activities that are carried out routinely or regularly in the territory and in which citizen participation is essential for the real satisfaction of the needs of the community., based on non-formal education and participatory and critical pedagogy. It is part of educational training in the context of the city of Pamplona, Norte de Santander, in the Republic of Colombia. The Paradigm that is assumed is the Interpretative, under the qualitative approach and the Phenomenological method. The key informants are: Students, teachers, businessmen, community representatives and a practicing councilor, intentionally selected according to specific criteria.
