Synopsis "Phytochemische und pharmakologische Bewertung von Dracaena reflexa Lam . (in German)"

Pharmakognostische Untersuchungen wurden durchgeführt, indem organoleptische, mikroskopische und Proximitätsanalysen des getrockneten Blattpulvers von Dracaena reflexa durchgeführt wurden, d.h. Feuchtigkeitsgehalt, Aschewerte, Extraktionswerte, Rohfasern. Die erhaltenen Ergebnisse zeigten, dass der Feuchtigkeitsgehalt bei 6% bzw. der Aschewert bei 7,5% lag. Der Extraktionswert beträgt (Petrolether 5%), (Dichlormethan 9%), (Methanol 14%) und (wasserlöslich 25%).Kohlenhydrate, Terpenoide, Alkaloide, Glykoside, Flavonoide, Steroide und Tannine werden im frühen qualitativen phytochemischen Screening des Pulvers von Dracaena reflexa Blättern entdeckt und dasselbe mit verschiedenen Reagenzien behandelt, d.h. Wasser, 1 NHCl, 1N H2SO4, 1N HNO3, Pikrinsäure, Jod, 5%FeCl3, Eisessig etc. separat.
