Poppy's Adventure Book 2. Poppy is a little West Highland White Terrier who was adopted along with her family by Bertie and Trudy Loveday. They take Poppy on holiday with them touring around Europe but after visiting France, Spain, Portugal and Gibraltar, the family pay a visit to Barcelona in Spain and sadly Poppy gets lost in the city main shopping area. Her owners Bertie and Trudy search everywhere for her but after reporting her lost to the Barcelona Police, they have little choice but to travel home to England after their holiday without her. Poppy now finds herself alone in a strange city but is determined to find her way home eventually to be reunited once again with her family in England. Written and amusingly illustrated by John L D Barnett, Poppy is a story inspired by his own beloved dogs and will be warmly received by children everywhere. This is the second book of three books in the Poppy series and is another wonderful children's storybook in the series not to be missed.
