Mobile computing technology has come a long way in recent years--providing anytime, anywhere communication and access to information. Bringing students up to date on important technological and industry developments, Principles of Mobile Computing and Communications examines mobile networks and relevant standards, highlighting issues unique to the mobile computing environment and exploring the differences between conventional and mobile applications.
