Effet du programme psycho-organisationnel pour réduire le syndrome d'épuisement professionnel chez le personnel de santé à Baños del Inca. Cajamarca - Pérou. Objectif: réduire le syndrome d'épuisement professionnel par l'application du programme psycho-organisationnel chez le personnel du micro-réseau de santé Baños del Inca à Cajamarca, Pérou, avec un échantillon de 65 travailleurs présentant un niveau élevé de syndrome d'épuisement professionnel, qui ont été soumis à un pré-test utilisant l'instrument d'évaluation du syndrome d'épuisement professionnel Maslach Burnout Inventory. Par la suite, le programme psycho-organisationnel a été appliqué par le biais d'ateliers de motivation et d'orientation au même groupe d'étude pré-expérimental, en appliquant l'instrument Maslach Burnout Inventory comme outil de post-test, obtenant un résultat de 10,8% des travailleurs présentant un faible niveau de syndrome d'épuisement professionnel.
