In jüngster Zeit hat das Vorhandensein neu entstehender Schadstoffe wie Drogen, Phthalate und Pestizide in Abwässern bei Forschern gro e Besorgnis ausgelöst. Da die Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt und die menschliche Gesundheit nur unzureichend bekannt sind, wurden zahlreiche Studien durchgeführt, um diese Art von Schadstoffen zu untersuchen. Obwohl verschiedene Abwasserbehandlungsverfahren eingesetzt wurden, um dieses Problem zu lösen, sind die Betriebskosten eine der Einschränkungen bei fortgeschrittenen Oxidationsverfahren der Abwasserbehandlung. In diesem Projekt soll die wirtschaftliche Leistung von Photo-Fenton-, Photokatalysator- und Elektrooxidationsverfahren bei der Behandlung von pharmazeutischen Abwässern bewertet werden.
