For the study, water samples were collected from natural sources which includes well, bore-well and river from specified regions for determination of essential trace elements which includes calcium, zinc, copper, chloride and nitrate using UV/VIS spectroscopy, titrimetry and other evaluation methods which includes microbial testing and performed as Per Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS).
