Synopsis "Racism, identity and citizenship (1619-2019)"
The racist order of the world, confirmed by the resurgence of anti-black racism opposed to the integration and rise of personalities of African origin in the West, can only be effectively challenged in a common struggle of Africa allied to its diaspora and to all people of good will desirous of fairer world structures and human relations based on respect for each and every one.Africa's alliance with its Diaspora, motivated certainly by their common origin, but above all stimulated by their long experience of oppression and contempt, can open up prospects for the transformation of economic, political and cultural relations between peoples and communities, with a view to a fairer and more united world, where the underprivileged, the excluded and the marginalised gain access to well-being and enjoy respect.Africa has so many challenges to face, and certainly solidarity with Black America, the United States, Brazil, the West Indies and elsewhere will be of decisive contribution, following the example of what other countries, supported by their respective diasporas, are experiencing.
