Vengeance has come to Port City! Port City is home to Raptor, the caped vigilante who uses his mastery of technology to fight the criminals who infest the city. Despite the hero's best efforts, Port City still has the highest murder rate of any metropolitan area in the country. The cries of those who have been wrongfully killed has attracted the attention of Retribution, avatar of Nemesis, the Greek goddess of vengeance! She has come to Port City to resurrect those who have been slain and give them power to seek their own vengeance! With three undead revenants operating in his city and killing those they hold responsible for their deaths, Raptor is forced into action. The hero will be tasked with a multi-faceted battle: he will have to stop the revenants from killing their targets, while also trying to convince a goddess of vengeance of the difference between justice and revenge. Gods, Undead Slashers, and Superheroes are about collide on the mean streets of Port City!
