Synopsis "Satan's Puppet"

The raw, uncut memoir of a former drug addict and bank robber. Satan's Puppet is a memoir involving a life that has suffered through years of childhood abuse, drug addiction, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. A woman who grows up forced to keep many dark secrets. And despite creating a "normal" life for herself she begins reliving those years of abuse through nightmares and hallucinations, the symptoms of PTSD. Not understanding what she is experiencing and feeling as though she has entered a world of madness, she turns to drugs and alcohol. Rage surfaces and she robs many banks in Arizona which costs her time in prison apart from her children that she loves so dearly. She spends time on the run in between years of incarceration and is raped and stabbed losing use of her right hand...her writing hand. After years of battling addiction and the system, she is finally able to get the help she has so very much deserved. I should know, this story is about me.
