The assemblies independently conduct their own Eco-Societal Impact Assessments, following which they engage in a cooperative, third party mediated gap analysis, and should the data deliver an agreed empirically justified risk assessed approach, the delivery of a draft Eco-Societal Impact Assessment with the intent to present an Eco-Societally beneficial agreed project to the government and greater society.
