It is a crisp fall day in Atlanta, GA when Jackie awakens suddenly from her plush bed in her very expensive townhouse in an affluent suburb on the North side of town. Jackie sits straight up in her bed suffering from a sharp pain in her stomach. An avid smoker and drinker she has been in constant pain for the past three months. She contemplates getting on her knees and praying but she had long since given up on the notion of a higher, supreme being that was looking out for her. Instead she reaches into her night stand and pulls out an open pack of cigarettes and begins puffing away cussing and swearing between puffs.
