As a sovereign risk analyst for more than 40 years, Vincent Truglia has had an extraordinary career. He has traveled to over 100 countries, most on multiple occasions. He describes, through anecdotes, how the world has changed in astonishing ways over that time. He has regularly dealt with senior government officials. He has been at the epicenter of many financial crises. He has often been accused of involvement in international conspiracies. He was inside the World Trade Center during the first terrorist attack in 1993. On 9/11, he was working just one block from the World Trade Center.
