Synopsis "Studiare l'effetto dell'estratto di Ferula hermonis sulla fertilità nei topi maschi (in Italian)"

Il presente studio è stato progettato per rilevare l'impatto della fertilità, l'effetto istopatologico e la citotossicità dell'estratto di ferula hermonis sui topi maschi albini. Per studiare l'effetto di F. hermonis, è stato preparato un estratto metanolico delle radici ed è stata effettuata la rilevazione chimica di flavonoidi, alcaloidi, tannini, saponine, terpeni e steroidi. L'analisi della cromatografia su strato sottile dell'estratto metanolico ha mostrato che la ferutinina era presente in base al valore RF. L'effetto dell'estratto metanolico ha incluso un test sulle funzioni degli spermatozoi tra cui la concentrazione di spermatozoi nel liquido seminale, la percentuale di spermatozoi morfologicamente anormali e anche un test della concentrazione di testosterone nel siero.
