Synopsis "Studie Zur Antioxidativen & Zytoprotektiven Aktivität Von Mimosa Pudica (in German)"

Um die antioxidative, Zelllebensfähigkeit und zytotoxische Aktivität von Mimosa pudica zu untersuchen, sammeln Sie M.Pudica in und um den Bezirk Kanyakumari. Die gesammelten Pflanzen wurden gründlich gewaschen und im Schatten bei Raumtemperatur getrocknet. Die getrockneten Pflanzen wurden in einem elektronischen Labormixer zu einem feinen Pulver gemahlen. Etwa 10 g des Pulvers wurden mit verschiedenen Verhältnissen von destilliertem Wasser zu Ethanol extrahiert und für 24 Stunden im Schüttler (100 U/min) gehalten. Ein hoher Phenolgehalt wurde bei einer Konzentration von 25% EE beobachtet. MP-25% EE zeigt eine bessere DPPH- und ABTS-Fängeraktivität im Vergleich zu den anderen Konzentrationen. Beim MTT-Assay zeigen alle Konzentrationen den gleichen Prozentsatz an Zelllebensfähigkeit. In der Konzentration von 25% EE ist der Prozentsatz der Zelllebensfähigkeit geringer.
