Synopsis "Studio Sull'attività Antiossidante E Citoprotettiva Della Mimosa Pudica (in Italian)"

Per studiare l'antiossidante, la vitalità cellulare e l'attività citotossica della Mimosa pudica, raccogliere M.Pudica nel distretto di Kanyakumari e dintorni. Le piante raccolte sono state accuratamente lavate e asciugate all'ombra a temperatura ambiente. Le piante essiccate sono state macinate in un frullatore elettronico da laboratorio in polvere fine. Circa 10 g di polvere sono stati estratti con diversi rapporti di acqua distillata ed etanolo e tenuti in un agitatore per 24 ore (100 rpm/min). Un alto contenuto fenolico è stato osservato nella concentrazione del 25% di EE. MP-25% EE mostra una migliore attività di scavenging DPPH e ABTS rispetto alle altre concentrazioni. Quando esposto al test MTT tutte le concentrazioni mostrano la stessa % di vitalità cellulare. Meno % di vitalità cellulare mostra nella concentrazione del 25% EE.
