Some of the designs are simple and others have a little more detail but not so complicated that you can't complete a design in an afternoon. A second set of all the illustrations is included so that you can try recoloring the illustrations in different colors than you used the first time. All of the illustrations are designed and hand drawn by the author. None of the illustrations are stock photos. All of the illustrations are placed single-sided on each page. The last page of this book is a "Tear Out" page for you to place between the pages so that if you are coloring with markers, it helps to protect the color from bleeding onto the next page. It is recommended to use this page between the illustrations. The illustrations are designed to be easy enough to finish in a day or two. Not too complicated but not too simple either. There are a variety of designs including teapots, flowering vines, and furniture sprinkled with a few bugs and butterflies as well to keep it interesting. Life is busy.
