As Chairman of the Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee (TPCC), it is my privilege to present to you the National Export Strategy of 2005. As the new Chairman, I appreciate the tremendous opportunity to build on the accomplishments of former Commerce Secretary Donald L. Evans and the other TPCC agencies. The Bush Administration is once again assembling a strong interagency trade promotion team, and together we are committed to setting an active agenda for helping America's exporters take full advantage of market opportunities around the world.
