Synopsis "The Canister"
In 1937, a young man discovers a, seemingly discarded, object while digging post holes on his Grandfather's farm. The object, a sealed canister of ornate design and unique qualities, appears to have been buried for decades. Why is it there? What or who is sealed inside it? After a number of miraculous events, the limitless capabilities of the canister and whoever has possession of it, are soon realized. Neighbors and strangers conspire to steal it and use it to further their own ambitions. A series of unsettling local incidents, compounded by pre-war world tensions, hurl a small town into a pattern of distrust and finally, all-out conflict. This, the story of one young couple's delicate balance for truth and struggle with their own passions, drive the actions and ultimately unleash the power of The Canister.
