From the chapter, The Filtered Soul "Filtered soul is based in the context that we live and operate on three planes of observation and expression at all time. The three planes are mind, body, and soul. We are an infinite and immeasurable soul, with a mind, living in a body. Your soul is filtered through your mind and body. The mind acts as a filter, limiting the soul's full expression of its potential. Your mind will tell you that you are incapable, inferior and unworthy. These limiting beliefs separate you from the soul. Our body observes the world through our five senses and express our thoughts through our body's actions. Until we learn to minimize the limitations of our two filters: mind and body, we will live a life far below our potential."
