Synopsis "The Gospel's Sake: Wine and the Church"

There is a growing trend of drinking wine creeping into the apostolic ranks. This trend violates the teachings of the elders and men of God of our past. Therefore, a fresh look is taken by the author in an attempt to distinguish where the church should stand on this issue. The author uses the scriptures as well as scholarly articles in an attempt to present a fair and accurate stand on the issue of drinking wine in the Apostolic Church. This book is written as a resource for ministers to refer to when teaching on this issue of wine in the church. No attempt is made to be confrontational in the presentation but rather an argument is made with the concern for the eternal salvation of those that are part of this issue. Making it to heaven is what all of our goal should be and we should strive to seek godly direction in all of our action unless we find that we have run the race in vain.
