Synopsis "The Gremlin of Nogoland"

Beginning in First World War London, Jonny and Jenny are whisked away by Mr. Twinkle in his "Tinmobile" time-machine. Saving them from being guzzled up by the evil Gremlin during the night-time zeppelin raids, he takes them to a magical version of London called Nogoland. There they meet King Gobstopper and his witch-queen Sherbet, who they are sure is really their Nanny. After helping to open the City Gates for General Candy and his candy-stick army they are invited into the general s sweet factory but soon guess that he is working for the Gremlin. Their fears are soon realized when they meet Stinker, the Worst Possible Child in the World, and Mike Dungarees, a crazy dragon from Down Under. In fact, their only chances of survival seem to be with the Mad Maker of Flying Machines, a wonderful, old Beefeater who they are also sure they first met in the Tower of London. If you are looking for a good, old-fashioned story told in a light and fluffy way then this book has got to be for you. Suitable for 8-120 year olds. Available on Kindle and as paperback and hardcover.
