Synopsis "The Hawkins Connection"

When the plan to lure Brock VanMarter into a trap by kidnapping the Hawkins boy fails Roberto Soto went for the throat. He sends three assassins from Venezuela to Houston to murder VanMarter and bring back his ears. Only one of these assassins, Sonja Paz, gets away. Not willing to live with the constant threat of another attack or to jeopardize the safety of his friends, VanMarter goes after Soto. With the help of a small team on Aruba, VanMarter and his pal, Rebar Pickens, go to Caracas to hunt down Soto and end the threat. This is no easy task. Soto is a drug lord with an impenetrable stronghold and heavy security. Soto blames Paz for the botched assassination attempt. He abducts her mother to force her to return to Caracas where he will likely kill her. Fortunately, VanMarter finds an ally in Sonja Paz. Together VanMarter, Pickens, and Paz must face overwhelming odds and breach Soto's security. Eliminating Soto is the only way to end the threat.
