Pisani, Jr. has been able to intensify his study of Religion and Science. He has found that Religion - imagination, inspiration and revelation - still has value. In maturing and growing older, and even now, I still am amazed how short sighted I have been by placing limitations on God's compassion, love and grace. The Jesus that I have come to know, stripping away the abundance of embellishments that have been "credited" to him, especially in the New Testament, I personally am now able to receive that love for myself. I do not say this to depreciate the value and importance of all scriptures from a variety of sources with which we have been gifted over many centuries. I am so grateful for the extensive educational opportunities given to me by my parents and for having grown up in a large and diverse family in northern New Jersey. However in my formative years, kindergarten through high school, I was in a community that was rather small and insular. The world, as it were, opened up more broadly with my additional educational opportunities in the Mid-West and within a number of larger organizations that became a part of my life experience. Meeting and working with a variety of people provides an eclectic and inclusive benefit to one's growth and development."
