Synopsis "The Kingdom Of Nubia"

King Taharqa of Nubia conquered Egypt during the time of the Twenty-Fifth Dynasty, forever changing the Hierarchy of Power in the Ancient World. When the ruthless Ashurbanipal, Ruler of Assyrian Empire, came to the Lands of the Nile, he allied himself with the Egyptians and sought to bring down the Nubian Kingdom. In time, Nubia was weakened but the Assyrians could not destroy her. Ashurbanipal installed Pharoah Psamtik I as Ruler of Egypt and left. King Atlanersa of Nubia, Taharqa's successor, and his Queen, the beautiful and ambitious Khaliset, want to make Nubia great again. As the Assyrian Empire weakens, Psamtik I seeks to free Egypt from their dominion but still views the Nubians as his enemies. Spurred on by his consort, Queen Mehytensweskhet, Psamtik plots against Nubia. King Atlanersa rebuilds the Nubian Military to defend Africa's strongest nation. In this arms race, it's all about deceit. Abel Bior, former Priest of the Nubian Gods, and cunning spy, is King Atlanersa's man when it comes to discovering Egyptian secrets. This Spy Master just might save Nubia...if his vices don't get to him first.
