Synopsis "The Misha Plate"
Having gone to help her sister and husband at their lodge up north, Jennifer becomes involved in the mysterious accidents that plague the new owners. Unknown to all of them is a killer out to find something hidden in the vehicle with the plate name MISHA.Jennifer encounters several unique, likeable and not-so-likeable people while on her working vacation. The lodge's guests include John Taylor, the befuddled English police officer, the accident prone Springett brothers and Derek Kerr, the good- looking sleazy type. Tyler is a young native man who works for the lodge and lives with his grandmother on a nearby reserve. As guide, Tyler is involved with the daily running of the lodge as well as the guests fishing excursions. Jennifer's friendship with him evolves as Tyler becomes involved in the mystery surrounding the accidents at the lodge.After a mishap involving the MISHA plate truck, Jennifer meets and befriends Mike Kelly, a photographer just back from a photo shoot in war torn Yugoslavia who is staying in a cabin on the lake not far from the lodge. Their romance blossoms as together they share numerous experiences at Painted Rock Lodge
