Sheriff Randy Dobbs from the little town of Roxi has quite the challenge on his hands. When he decided to be a Sheriff, what came after was not what he had in mind. Residents and tourists were disappearing at a pretty rapid pace in the area. These disappearances seemed to follow a disturbing pattern going back over 20 years. Randy and town officials were perplexed by the current happenings. Every theory they came up with was debunked, and they could not seem to gain ground on the investigation. With no apparent motive or connection between victims, the town officials are ready to call it quits until the State Police became involved. Will this be the break the officials need?
