Synopsis "The Presence"
Juan Ballesteros is a pawn in the Colombian drug war. During a failed assassination attempt, Juan is betrayed by his superior, Cortéz, and has to flee for his life. Trapped in La Mesa, and stricken with typhoid fever, he finds refuge in a farm belonging to Misión Colonbiana. There, he encounters a power greater than drugs or guns and is confronted with two worlds. One of greed and violence, and the other of faith and sacrifice. What will Juan choose?
