Synopsis "The role of choral scenes"
The monograph "The role of choral scenes in resolving the dramaturgical line in Azerbaijani operas" is devoted to the study of the musical-dramaturgical features of choral scenes in the dramaturgy of the operas of Azerbaijani composers. In the monograph, the development of the national opera genre and the dramaturgical regularities of the choral scenes were studied in a comparative manner in the framework of the creativity of Azerbaijani composers, as well as in the context of European and Russian-Soviet traditions, and the operas were systematized and classified according to a certain genre orientation. The monograph can be useful for musicologists studying the work of Azerbaijani composers and can be used in the process of teaching the subjects of Azerbaijani music history and literature.
