Synopsis "The Sermons and Tutelage of Jesus: Short Version - KJV Book of Matthew Only"

This book is a detailed scholarly examination of every sermon and teaching of Jesus recorded in the Gospel of Matthew as presented in the King James Version from the perspective of the definition and meaning of the Greek words and phrases used to record His orations. To the best of my knowledge this is the most comprehensive study of its type available anywhere. Everything is completely explained in English, no knowledge of the underlying Greek is required. This is not a book for the casually curious, but rather for the serious student who is determined to have the deepest and most complete understanding of the teachings of Jesus possible. Also included are short explanations of each teaching supported by respected commentarians. The full version of this study, available from the Amazon Kindle e-book store, also contains every sermon and teaching of Jesus recorded in all four Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John) as well as a comparison of the same scripture from the 1560-1599 Geneva Bible and the second century Aramaic Peshitta. Also contained in this full length study is a copy of the first century church manual, the Didache and the second century Shepherd of Hermas which was very highly respected at that time. SEE ALSO: 1. Earliest New Testament Translations: A side-by-side comparison of the six earliest complete New Testament translations, for Kindle.2. Earliest New Testament Translations vol. 1: The same comparison as above but containing only the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John), in paperback.3. Earliest New Testament Translations vol. 2: The same comparison as above but containing Acts, the Epistles, Revelation, in paperback.4. Expanded Earliest New Testament Translations: The same side-by-side comparison of the six earliest complete New Testament translations with two additional, later but extremely significant translations added, for Kindle.5. Earliest Old Testament Translations vol. 1: A side-by-side comparison of the six earliest English translations of the first five books of the Old Testament (the Torah or Law), for Kindle.6. Earliest Old Testament Translations vol. 2: The same side-by-side comparison of the six earliest English translations of the historical books of the Old Testament, for Kindle.7. What Did Jesus Really Teach?: A detailed word study of the original Greek underlying our English translations including every sermon or speech of Jesus concerning our instruction contained in all four of the Gospels, combined with explanations from respected commentaries, both in paperback and for Kindle.8. The Hidden Truth About Easter and the Resurrection: A short essay examining the historical and scriptural origins and significance and propriety of the modern celebration of Easter, both in paperback and for Kindle. all by Clayton G. Porter
