Synopsis "The Signet: A Story of Eutychus"
The setting takes place while the Apostle Paul is on his third missionary journey. A very rich man of Troas leaves on a long journey along the Aegean see to inspect his business affairs, leaving his son, Eutychus Lucan in command. A duplicate signet ring with the Lucan business' seal is hidden at the estate for any needed business transactions. During his absence, unfortunate circumstances end in the Lucan business overthrow and Eutychus is forced into prison. But God is working through hardships within the family and estate. Eutychus is able to escape from prison and ends up exhausted in an upper room where Paul is preaching. He staggers to an open window ledge to rest, but his choice costs him his life. God is still working to bring many to a full understanding of Paul's message of Jesus Christ. Through more of God's interventions, romance and restoration culminate in the future outcome of the signet ring.
